Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chipotle in adobo, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin, ground
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C
Add salt, pepper, cumin, and smoked paprika to the pork tenderloin and pat it dry
To make the glaze, mix olive oil, maple syrup, minced chipotle, and minced garlic in a small bowl
Spread the glaze out over the pork tenderloin that has been seasoned
Set the pan on medium-high heat
The pork tenderloin should be seared on all sides until it turns brown
Move the pork tenderloin from the pan to a baking dish and brush it with more glaze
Put the food in an oven that has already been heated for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C
After cooking the pork, let it rest for 5 minutes
The Chipotle and Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin should be served with extra glaze drizzled over the slices
