Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 prepared crepes
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and powdered sugar
Mix well
Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt to the banana mixture
Stir until smooth and well combined
Place a spoonful of the banana cream filling onto each crepe, spreading it evenly over one half of the crepe
Fold the other half of the crepe over the filling to create a half-moon shape
Repeat with the remaining crepes and filling
Serve the banana cream filled crepes immediately and enjoy
