Instructions:
Mix BBQ sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl using a whisk
This is your sauce
The pork tenderloin should be in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again
Half of the marinade should be poured over the pork
Save the rest of the marinade to use later for basting
Cover or seal the bag and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
For better flavor, marinate it overnight
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Take the pork out of the marinade and let any extra drip off
Throw away the used marinade
The pork tenderloin should be grilled for 15 to 20 minutes, turning it over every so often, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C
While grilling, baste with the marinade that you saved
Let the pork rest for a few minutes after its done cooking before cutting it up
If you want, you can add more BBQ sauce to the grilled pork tenderloin slices before serving
Feel free to enjoy the tasty and smoky BBQ pork tenderloin
