Cherry Blueberry Amaretto Ice Cream

This creamy ice cream tastes great with the sweet cherries, juicy blueberries, and strong scent of amaretto liqueur.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups cherries, pitted and chopped
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
• 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

In a blender, puree the cherries and blueberries until smooth

In a large bowl, mix the pureed fruit with amaretto, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form

Gently fold the whipped cream into the fruit mixture until well combined

Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm

Serve scoops of the ice cream and enjoy
