Ingredients:
- 1 wheel Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- Crackers or bread, for serving
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Cut off the wheel of Bries top rind
Put the Brie in a baking dish or on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
Add cranberry sauce all over the top of the Brie cheese
Add chopped pecans to the cranberry sauce
Put some honey on top, and then add some chopped rosemary
Brie should be soft and gooey after 15 to 20 minutes in the oven
Serve right away with bread or crackers
