This Keto Lobster Salad is a delightful blend of fresh lobster meat, creamy avocado, crisp salad greens, and tangy dressing. Its a light and flavorful dish thats perfect for a keto-friendly meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lobster tails, cooked and diced
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

Diced lobster tails, mixed salad greens, diced avocado, and half-cut cherry tomatoes should all be put in a large bowl

Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl with a whisk

Give the salad a gentle toss to coat it with the dressing

Before you serve, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top
