A soothing drink for the evening that has honey and cinnamon in it, which is great for unwinding before bed.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
Instructions:
In a mug, combine warm water, honey, and ground cinnamon
Stir until the honey is fully dissolved
Add lemon juice if desired, for extra flavor
