Ingredients:
- 1 package 14 oz of vegan Oreo cookies
- 1 package 8 oz of vegan cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Crushed vegan Oreo cookies for garnish optional
Instructions:
Pulse the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they are very small pieces
When the vegan cream cheese is soft, add it to the crushed Oreos and pulse until everything is well mixed
Use a spoon or a cookie scoop to roll the dough into small balls, then put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Fridge the baking sheet with the truffles for about 30 minutes to make them firm
Melt the dairy-free chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl that can go in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each time, until the mixture is smooth
Cover each truffle evenly with the melted chocolate mixture as you dip it, then put it back on the baking sheet
For decoration, you can put crushed vegan Oreo cookies on top of the truffles
To let the chocolate set, put the truffles back in the freezer for another 10 to 15 minutes
Once the truffles are set, put them in a container that wont let air in and put it in the fridge until youre ready to serve them
