If you want to fill your homemade crepes with something tasty and creamy, try this Banana Cream Crepe Filling. When you mix ripe bananas with heavy cream and a little vanilla, you get a rich and sweet filling that goes perfectly with the light crepe shells.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 prepared crepes

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and powdered sugar

Mix well

Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt to the banana mixture

Stir until smooth and well combined

Place a spoonful of the banana cream filling onto each crepe, spreading it evenly over one half of the crepe

Fold the other half of the crepe over the filling to create a half-moon shape

Repeat with the remaining crepes and filling

Serve the banana cream filled crepes immediately and enjoy
