Perfect Grilled Steak

This recipe yields perfectly grilled steaks with a delicious char on the outside and juicy, tender meat on the inside. Its a simple yet impressive dish thats perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 2 thick-cut beef steaks such as ribeye or New York strip
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: steak seasoning blend of choice

Instructions:

Preheat grill to high heat

Rub both sides of the steaks with olive oil, then season generously with salt, pepper, and optional seasoning blend

Place steaks on the hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time according to desired doneness

Remove steaks from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving

Slice against the grain and serve hot
