Apple and Blackberry Crumble

Apple and Blackberry Crumble is a delicious dessert that is gluten-free, vegan, and good for you. It has the sweetness of apples and the sourness of blackberries. This is a great treat for people who cant eat certain foods or just love crumbles.

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional, e

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples and fresh blackberries

In a separate bowl, mix the gluten-free rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, pure maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and salt until it forms a crumbly texture

Spread the fruit mixture evenly in a baking dish

Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit layer

Add chopped nuts if desired

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving
