Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 10
- 75 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 14
- 5 ounce can beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions:
Put the onion, egg, salt, pepper, allspice, nutmeg, breadcrumbs, milk, and ground beef in a large bowl
Mix everything together well
Make meatballs about an inch thick out of the mixture and put them in the slow cooker
Mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and condensed cream of mushroom soup in a different bowl
Pour it over the meatballs
Put the lid on and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, or until the meatballs are fully cooked
Mix the flour and water in a small bowl with a whisk until the mixture is smooth
Mix it into the slow cooker
Add the sour cream and mix it in well
Keep cooking on high for another 30 minutes, until the sauce gets thicker
Serve hot with egg noodles or rice that youve already cooked
