Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free sourdough starter, gluten-free all-purpose flour, warm water, and salt
Mix until a dough forms
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic
Add more flour if needed to prevent sticking
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest for 2-4 hours, allowing it to rise and ferment
Preheat your oven to 475F 245C and place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven to heat
Divide the risen dough into two equal portions
Roll out each portion into a 12-inch pizza crust on a piece of parchment paper
Brush the pizza crusts with olive oil and then spread gluten-free pizza sauce evenly over each crust
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, and add your favorite pizza toppings
Carefully transfer the parchment paper with the pizzas onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned
Remove the pizzas from the oven, let them cool for a minute, slice, and enjoy your delicious gluten-free sourdough pizza
